Thank you for your interest in our GREEN ZONE Program. This program is supported by the BCRFA and ABLE-BC, Remember, it pays your restaurant $0.05 per litre for your used frying oil.This program is a little different from your current program so we would like to explain the differences:
1) We accept any variety of vegetable oil waste, however, it has to be non hydrogenated.
2) Please do NOT put grill scrapping into the collection container. Grill scrapings can go into the garbage or your food composting container.
3) If you are draining a fryer that doesn't have a filter, please make your own cone filter to ensure that food scrapings are to a minimum. We understand that you cannot get all the scrapings and that some will be in the container. We only ask that you make your best effort.
4)We will provide you with a oil collection container.
